Target audiences

  • Participants attending this course have the flexibility to tailor their learning to their specific needs. While completion of the ITIL 4 Foundation Qualification is recommended, there are no mandatory requirements. Candidates with a minimum of two years of professional experience in IT Service Management are preferred. This qualification is suitable for individuals at various stages of their service management journey, including ITSM managers and aspiring managers, as well as managers at all levels involved in shaping direction and strategy or developing a continually improving team. It is also beneficial for existing ITIL qualification holders seeking to expand their knowledge. The list provided is for guidance, and individuals may choose to attend based on their career aspirations, personal goals, or objectives, selecting as few or as many Intermediate qualifications as they require to meet their needs.
