Course Objectives
This course is uniquely designed to cover fundamental concepts related to the end-to-end development, testing, and delivery of various types of work. Throughout this course, participants will:

- This course is for delegates who have successfully achieved the ITIL 4 Foundation Qualification with at least two years of professional experience in IT Service Management.
