EC-Council Certified SOC Analyst (CSA)

Course Overview:

The Certified SOC Analyst (CSA) program is the initial step toward a career in a security operations center (SOC). It is tailored for both current and aspiring Tier I and Tier II SOC analysts, aiming to equip them with the skills required to perform entry-level and intermediate-level operations. The CSA program serves as a comprehensive training and credentialing program that enables candidates to acquire trending and in-demand technical skills through instruction by experienced industry trainers. Emphasizing the creation of new career opportunities, the program provides extensive, meticulous knowledge and enhanced capabilities to contribute to a SOC team dynamically. As an intensive 3-day program, it covers the fundamentals of SOC operations and progresses to imparting knowledge of log management and correlation, SIEM deployment, advanced incident detection, and incident response. Moreover, participants will learn to manage various SOC processes and collaborate with CSIRT when necessary.
